The Pig Finca menu is based around our ingredients. We are lucky to have some of the finest organic meats and vegetables on our doorstep. We are also privileged to work with companies such as BRINDISA and FRATELLI CAMISA who import the highest quality goods from Spain and Italy. Our aim is to use the best ingredients treated simply and with care.

MASHTUK LAMB - Organic lamb Kofti baked in a North African style sauce of tomatoes, aubergines and Greek yoghurt, served over fat Calasparra rice
TUNA CASSAMANCHE – White fin tuna pieces, with a mix of dates, coconut, seeds and the finest organic oil, served cold, with wood roasted red peppers and hot Calasparra rice.
LAMB TAGINE – Tender pieces of organic lamb, baked in a traditional Moroccan style, with aromatic spices and apricots. served with calasparra rice.
NAVARRA ROJO – Roasted red peppers stuffed with garlic, pine nuts and herbs, in a red pepper sauce, with goats’ cheese and tapenade with calasparra rice.
DANTE DEL SOL – Roasted aubergine, layered with rice, basil and tomato, topped with a piquant dressing
and finca leaves.
ROAST HALLUMI – Hallumi cheese oven roasted over a rich Catalan Samfaina, of onions, Aubergine and courgettes with a choice of rice or salad.
